Dr. Claudio V. Cerullo, Founder
Dr. Claudio V. Cerullo, established Teach Anti-Bullying, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization) in 2011 to serve children and families who have been or are being affected by bullying. Teach Anti-Bullying, Inc. works to raise awareness and support families/victims of bullying-related issues, while encouraging the collaboration of all stakeholders – children, educators, parents, community leaders, law enforcement, and local, state and federal legislators – in the pro-active intervention against bullying as well as the prevention of bullying.
Dr. Claudio Cerullo brings over twenty-three years of professional experience in the field of education to Teach Anti-Bullying, Inc. including his current role as a secondary school principal in New Jersey.

Mrs. Kristen Abbonizio
Kristen Abbonizio is the Controller of N. Abbonizio Contractors, Inc. and Plymouth Materials, Inc., two Conshohocken based companies. She has twenty years of estimating, project management and cost accounting experience. Kristen is a graduate of The Catholic University of America with a bachelor’s degree in Financial Management. She currently resides in Broomall with her husband, Bob Millett and their sons, CJ Lane, Steve Millett and Tom Millett.
Maria L. Novak
Maria L. Novak is president of Marketing Solutions & Business Development, a firm in West Chester, PA, offering creative marketing services and goal implementation for small & medium-sized businesses. She has over 25 years’ experience in the Marketing & Sales Industry…15 of those as the sole Sales Representative for a Pennsylvania payroll company growing their client base by over 500%.
Nancy Perone is a technology teacher and World Languages Coordinator at our Lady of Angels regional school. She is currently a graduate student at Purdue University completing a Master of Science in Communications. She provides public relations and technology support.
Mayor Tom Micozzie (Advisor)
Mayor Micozzie was elected into his second four year term on November 3, 2015. He has been deeply involved in many community activities and has initiated a pastoral committee with church leaders and regularly meets with community leaders to solicit their ideas and opinions on how to keep Upper Darby Township a very livable community. He also initiated Town meetings throughout the community and regularly meets with residents to hear their views, concerns and ideas.

Demetre Pough Edwards (President)
Demetre earned her Bachelor’s Degree in the Administration of Justice from Pennsylvania State University. She is the Dir. of Risk Management & Performance Improvement at a Behavioral Health Hospital and has over 11 years’ experience working in administrative roles. Demetre also has 20 years of working with youth, young adults and individuals with intellectual & physical disabilities and mental health related issues.
Dr. John A. Williams (Advisor)
Dr. John A. Williams is the Executive Director and Principal Consultant at the Center for the Study of Pan-Hellenic Issues. Dr. Williams was the former Dean of Graduate Studies at Cheyney University and Provost of Tuskgee University in Alabama. Dr. Williams been interviewed for print, radio and television productions, conducted workshops on college campuses, consulted with fraternities and sororities and served as an expert witness consultant in national cases involving intake violations and/or hazing. Dr. Williams attended both Southern University and Kansas State University.
